We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Final sale, customized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Start a Return

Please follow these steps:

1. Visit our Returns Portal: www.salomon.com/returns

2. Enter your order number and email address

3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange

4. Choose a return method and download your return label

5. Pack your items securely and drop them off at the designated courier location

3. Exchanges

We offer free size or color exchanges for eligible products (subject to availability). To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as for a return and choose "Exchange" as your reason.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Domestic returns: Free for most regions (see portal for details).

• International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
